Carrie

Our Receptionist in the Richmond office. A resident of Richmond, Ontario, graduate of Career Canada; she has been in the dental field for over 15 years and with our office for over 7years. We are lucky to have her with us. She is a multi tasker, working as a receptionist and dental assistant. She will assist you with information you need to know about your appointment. Her favorite pass-time is time spent with her husband and three daughters.

Kirsten

Born and raised in the Britannia community of Ottawa, Kirsten is an honour graduate of Algonquin College's 2010 Dental Hygiene Program. She continued her studies to become a Certified Level II Dental Assistant. Kirsten's next goal is to achieve her self-initiating Registered Dental Hygienist designation. Kirsten takes pride in making her clients feel welcome and comfortable. Her passion for oral health is evident as she spends time with her clients to show them how to properly care for their teeth and gums. Continuing education is very important to Kirsten to provide the latest information to her clients. Kirsten shares her life with her high school sweet heart and she is a mother of three fantastic children. Her family includes five cats that were originally abandoned kittens. Kirsten loves to spend summers at the cottage with her family to observe nature and go canoeing. She loves to garden, power walk, and travel without an itinerary.

Blanchefleur Lavigne

Originally born in Edmonton, Alberta, Blanchefleur was raised and spent most of her life growing up in India! She graduated in 2010 with Honours from the Dental Hygiene Program at Algonquin College. Blanchefleur continued her education to become a Level II Certified Dental Assistant. Her next goals are to achieve a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene and to become a self-initiating Registered Dental Hygienist. Blanchefleur is a true people person; she is compassionate and empathetic with her clients. It gives her great satisfaction to educate her clients about the importance of oral health. She actively participates in continuing education courses. Blanchefleur shares her life with her husband and four feline "kids". She loves to spend time outdoors gardening, camping, and hiking as the hot summers remind her of India. Blanchefleur values her free time to enjoy with family and friends

Debbie

A valley girl born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario. She has been in the dental field for over 29 years. A graduate of Career Canada in 1980 (Certified dental assistant),University of Western graduate 1993 (Preventive dental assistant). Debbie was also an orthodontist assistant for 2years . She has been with the team for over 6 years. She brings with her valuable experience working with children. As our Office Manager , she shows her diligence in keeping the behind the scene administration working smooth enabling other staff members to spend quality time with their clients.

Dr. Peter Ziereisen

A native of Ottawa, he received his degree in Dental Surgery (DDS) after completing his Bachelor of science degree from the University of Western in 1982. While at Western he was fortunate to study under Dr. Ronald Jordan and Dr. Mike Suzuki. Both of whom were active pioneers in cosmetic restorative bonding techniques. After graduating he returned to Ottawa, his home town to begin private practice. He has been practicing in the east end of Ottawa ,since this time with a number of fellow dentists gaining valuable experience. In 2000 he decided to move his practice to the rural area, Richmond Ontario. There he spends most of his time, educating and helping his clients in the new dental technology that he has learned from his continuing education. He lives now in Barrhaven with his wife Debbie and their dogs Tara, Atisha, Ziggy. He enjoys his work and the ability to bring his family to work with him. In his free time he enjoys the Arts, painting , theater , museums , and antique shopping. He is an active member of Royal College of Dental Surgeons, Canadian Dental Assoc, Ontario Dental Assoc, Ottawa Dental Society. He takes pride in his new facility in barrhaven and the new changes in the Dental field that he has incorporated.
